A hair artist for 14 years, Ivana’s goal is to create the best experience, a safe space for conversation, and equip her clients with the confidence they need to take on the world! Empowering and elevating the people she surrounds herself with is who she is to the core.

Amanda Salinas
A Mom to a blossoming young lady and sweet doggo, Amanda is all about self-care. Especially a good Netflix binge! When it comes to her strengths behind the chair, Amanda is stellar at color corrections and transitioning high maintenance hair into organic balayage looks. A hair artist since 2014, Amanda’s favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships with clients and working around like-minded hair artists who value practicing kindness to all in their lives.

On her off days, you can find Ashley, her boyfriend, and their two doggos at the beach soaking up some sun. Self-care comes in the form of gym, nails, or whatever the moment needs! When you sit in Ashley’s chair, she’ll help you with creating the perfect lived-in balayage, transitioning you through your blonde journey, shaping the perfect curly cut, and installing hand-tied extensions. With 9 years of experience, Ashley is inspired by continuous career education to improve her craft and the ability to bring her clients’ unique vision to life.

Richeal Maldonado Cavazos
Married since 2017 with two beautiful boys and a long-haired corgi and munchkin cat, Richeal and her family are a tight unit. She has a love for sewing, but will also beat you in all the video games. When it comes to her art, Richeal specializes in blonding, vivids, reds, hair extensions, and keeping up with the latest techniques. A hair artist since 2012, Richeal says she truly enjoys that final client transformation reveal and her clients leaving with that boost of confidence. Nothing beats it! Above all else, building relationships for the long-haul is what Richeal holds close to her heart.

If you’ve done years of blonding and are looking to transition to natural, warm tones, for a sun kissed balayage, Tatianna is your girl. She also specializes in textured cuts to remove weight, while adding movement to your hair.

Behind the chair, Scandra is best known for dimensional colors, vivid tones, and epic transformations. She believes that her craft creates a big impact on her clients and their confidence. If you’ve ever sat in Scandra’s chair, you would agree that good conversations, laughs, and fun energy also comes with bomb hair.

Aside from being Grounded’s brow queen and skincare guru, Ciera spends her time off learning new tricks on her roller skates, playing video games, or whipping something up in the kitchen. As an experienced beauty pro, Ciera loves to bring a blend of creativity and expertise to enhance her clients’ natural beauty and give them each a personalized and exceptional experience. She specializes in brows, facials, waxing, lash lifts and tints. One of Ciera’s favorite parts about the job, is welcoming her new and returning clients in an open and inclusive environment.
